The Core Team
Women who have benefitted from YEGO's Healing Ministry are supported and encouraged to become leaders to help others.
The Zones
After attending the first healing ministry retreat, a group of women decided to volunteer their time and effort to help grow the ministry. They help with planning, logistics, communications and strategizing for the retreats.
The core team are coordinators for the “zones.” The zones cover different areas of Kigali and offer followup to small groups of women who have attended a healing retreat.
The zones meet monthly to support one another, build relationship and pray. The core team does this crucial voluntary work even though they themselves may be struggling.
Volunteer Lay Counselling Training
In 2022, YEGO led a healing retreat to train past attendees in lay counselling skills.
